Dogs are welcome in the bar and snug whilst the lounge has additional semi-private alcoves which are ideal for family meals or groups. There is also a small dining room. There is a car park at the rear and a large safe garden with family-sized picnic tables. At the front there are more picnic tables next to the ancient Butter Cross There is a marquee available for hire which is also used during beer festivals. The pub is two miles from Twycross Zoo and two miles from Junction 11 of the M42. Tamworth Castle and Pleasure Grounds are six miles away. 2 regular beers - Pedigree and Banks' Mild plus 4 guests. Disabled toilet. Very small step to front door otherwise level access.
