Developers plan to build 15 houses on the site of the former Dolphin Pub in Coventry,
Wirral Group properties want to build the homes in Sheriff Avenue, Canley where the pub used to stand.
The plans are for 15 three-storey, three-bedroomed houses.

The Dolphin Pub was demolished in 2013 after closing down the previous year.
