On Friday 22nd January H&BBC refused planning permission for the demolition of the Holywell Inn and erection of dwellings. We regard this as very good news and an excellent show of support by the Council for all supporters of the public house as an ACV. More details should appear in the Hinckley Times on Wednesday and more discussion will follow at this week's branch meeting.
