The New Baron, Hinckley and Lord Nelson, Earl Shilton both awaiting Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council decisions on conversion of accommodation on upper floors.

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council and Blaby Borough Council Consultation on Local Plan Regulation 19 postponed from 2025 awaiting Governments Proposed changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). No date announced when the consultation will begin. Local government reorganisation proposals will only exacerbate the consultation process. There are concerns over ensuring proper planning protection / planning guidance for redevelopment of public houses.

The Royal Arms, Sutton Cheyney ACV runs out in June and the Estate Agents show property sold STC with planning consents.

The Bulls head, Nailstone have an ACV application refused by Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council on the grounds that the pub was closed for more than 2 years. The Oddfellows Arms, Higham has an ACV renewed by Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council although closed for many more years.
