Duke of Rutland, Hinckley Owned by Admiral Taverns was due to reopen on18th September with the licensee being the son of the new landlady at the Lime Kilns. It is proposed that the format going forward will encourage new clients with live music, quiz nights and other events.

The Belper Arms, Newton Burgoland may reopen in next 4 weeks with new tenants. Reportedly the licensee is the mother of a family group runningtwo other pubs and a wedding venue.

The proposed auction sale of the Sharnford Arms in June were not completed. Now due to be auctioned on 12th September with a reduced guide price of £300,000.
