The Public Spirit, Edwards Centre, Regent Street, is a new bar which has opened in premises that were formerly occupied by nightclub Out Out. It is unlikely to be offering real ale.
The Clarence kitchen has been revamped and is now offering a new food menu, and has agreed to serve beers from Church End.
The Railway is undergoing a £250k refurbishment and is due to reopen on the 10th November.
Wetherspoons has confirmed it is no longer looking for a site in Hinckley.
