The Oddfellows Arms, Higham – The Developer Cartwright Homes have submitted a new planning application for 9 new houses at the rear of the pub site, without affecting the pub building and retaining some carpark. It is believed that the developer has started negotiation with the Higham Local Community to sell the pub.
